• School is following governor’s mandate to stop in person classes for K-8 at MQ effective 11/23 – 12/7
• Continue with Pre-K with childcare license
• MQ had already planned for two weeks of at home/virtual classes after returning from Christmas break, so this gives us three “extra” days
• Christmas Mass requires reservations to attend in person - ~180 in church / ~125 in gym
• Once masses are “booked” a simultaneous Mass from the gym will be planned
• We will hold some seats open for community “walk-ups” to better serve the community
• ~ 9 masses on Christmas Eve

• Jeff Terhune – nominated as a new PPC member for Fr. Dan’s consideration
• Kathy Katora – nominated as a new PPC member for Fr. Dan’s consideration

• Executive Council meeting in two weeks to discuss new members
• No December meeting scheduled unless Fr. Dan requests it
