Recently, Haiti was hit with a massive 7.2 magnitude earthquake, further devastating a country still reeling from previous earthquakes. The shock leveled homes, leaving thousands without shelter. Countless others are injured and hospitals are already overwhelmed. This, coupled with a tropical storm hitting the island nation, and its persistent poverty, make the situation even direr.
