Bilingual Assistant Formation Coordinator

Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary Parish is seeking a part-time Bilingual Assistant Formation Coordinator to join their Formation Team. This is a part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week. Responsibilities include assisting with Spanish Adult, Children and Family Formation, Confirmation and Youth Ministry (more details listed below).

Job Responsibilities:

*Recruit and assist with training of all Spanish/Bilingual Speaking volunteers for Formation and Youth Ministry programs

*Translate for Formation & Youth Ministry meetings, practices, retreats and events
*Help coordinate Children’s Liturgy of the Word for 1:00 PM Spanish Mass
*Assist on Sunday mornings (8:30 AM-2:30 PM), Sunday evenings (6:00 PM-9:00 PM), & Wednesday evenings (2:00 PM-8:30 PM)
*Attend weekly Formation Team meetings
*Other hours and responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements: Bilingual (fluent in both English and Spanish)
Public Speaking Basic
Computer Skills (Google Drive, Microsoft Office)
