Part Time - Non-Exempt Position

Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary Church is seeking a part-time facilities manager.  This position will report to the business operations director, and is responsible for managing the physical plant (church, school, church office, priest’s living quarters, and grounds) at MQHR parish.

Responsibilities include: 

• Maintenance and improvement projects

• Parish facilities operations

• Financial planning for facilities management

• Communication with parish

• Safety and security of facilities

• Compliance with various procedures and policies

Requirements:

• 10+ years of applicable experience preferred

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction/Maintenance management, or similar technical degree - or equivalent experience 

• Ability to quickly learn and effectively manage building systems 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
