The tournament will be a four person scramble-shotgun start.  Dinner will be served after golf.  Teams and individuals are welcome.  The cost is $80 per person.  The entry fee includes green fees, cart, hot dogs, goody bag, dinner and two beverages. Additional beverages may be purchased from the 
course.  Mulligans available for $5 each or 5 for $20.  Raffle tickets $10 each.  Mulligans and  Raffle tickets sold day of the outing or can be purchased in advance with registration. Registration completed by July 31st will receive a discounted rate of $75 per person.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams.  Prizes will also be awarded at various holes for the longest drive and closest to the pin.

Sign-in at 12 noon.  Hot dogs will be available at sign-in.  Shotgun start at 1:00pm.  Dinner following golf.  The raffle and awards will be held following dinner.

Hole Sponsorship ($100) and Event Sponsorship ($250) are available.

We MUST have your registration and entry fee by Friday, August 20th.  Make checks payable to KofC 14372.
